149 Technologies today introduces the company's new 149 Live Calendar partner program. 149 Live Calendar is an innovative calendar platform with a context engine at its core.

The engine analyzes and understands a user's calendar based on natural language processing and machine learning principles, and is able to enrich such understanding with context data like the forecasted weather at the time and location of event. As a result, calendar events can be connected to helpful and relevant information, services, places or apps.

With the new program, calendar events can now be linked to content from 149 Technologies' local and regional partners in the same way as to content and services from global brands such as Yelp, Foursquare or Uber.

The new program is currently targeted on the German market, with a focus on travel and transportation, local information and events, and shopping. More target categories will follow soon.

149 Live Calendar is now available for Android smartphones and tablets. Events and birthdays can be synchronized with existing calendars from Google, Facebook, Microsoft and others, or can be stored securely on 149 Technologies server platform. Six different calendar views and many advanced features provide for a great user experience both for consumer and business users.
